Logistics-Center Fluoride Issue — RO System

A reverse-osmosis (RO) system was designed, fabricated and installed for a logistics center in Icheon, Gyeonggi. The source water exceeded the drinking-water standard for fluoride and also carried high particulate and hardness loads.

Solution — 3-stage pretreatment + RO
Pretreatment was built in three stages — sediment, activated carbon and ion-exchange softening — followed by an RO unit custom-designed to the site and target quality.
Installation & commissioning
Media/resin charging, electrical interlock between the main panel and pretreatment valves, level-switch integration and fail-safe drain piping; staged commissioning from pretreatment backwash through manual and automatic RO modes.
